Sports massage

Aimed at athletes to help prevent injury, prepare the body for athletic activity and help with recovery. We offer a service on site at sporting events.

Deep tissue massage

Massage therapy that works on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective  tissue. This is helpful for chronic aches and pains.<

Soft tissue massage

Involves direct action on the muscles, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissue.

Postorial assessments​

This looks at the static posture to see if there are any imbalances that could be causing pain and discomfort.

Trigger point therapy
